Machine Introduction:
GP-ZB paper bowl machine is an automatic multi-working-station machine with photosensor detecting, failure alarming, and counting. It is suitable for making paper bowls with single/double PE with the procedure of automatic paper feeding, sealing, silicon-oil lubricating, bottom punching, heating, knurling, curling, and bowl discharging. And it is a piece of ideal equipment for producing salad bowls, ice-cream bowls, and other food cone-shaping containers.

Machine Feature:
1. Full automatic, Easy operating by the operator (one operator is enough).

4. High Output: The productivity is improved from 50-60 pcs/min to 70-80 pcs/min
5. Stepping-motor is used to control the bottom paper feeding, which can make the machine more stable and save raw material. With light eyes under the paper roll, the machine will be stopped when out of bottom-paper, avoiding the waste in the paper.
6. Gear drive is adopted to avoid the defect of the loose gap of the chain drive.
7. We use a self-lubrication system in the machine. So the machine can be maintained without manually fueling.
8. This device adopts a non-contact multi-point light control switch (such as in paper holder, glass tube, bottom paper, and so on, according to customer demand). It can detect the working situations, then achieve a fault alarm preventing the machine from collision, making the machine more stable and longevous.
9. Paper tube station uses independent cam to handle glass holder. This is advanced stability and will not make noise when it works.
10. The machine is equipped with a gear motor that simplifies the complicated system and makes the machine more stable.
